When you have found everything on the webshop, you can continue to finalise your order via the shopping cart. Check if the correct items and sizes are in your basket and use the size chart if necessary. Continue to the check-out and check that your personal details are correct so that you receive the order as soon as possible. Any changes cannot be made after placing your order.

- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For all orders:
Ordered on working days before 15:00, shipped the same day with DHL.

- SHIPPING COSTS:

At Looxs, we do not charge any shipping costs above €40. If you place an order under €40, €3.95 shipping costs will be charged. If you return your entire order, the shipping costs will also be credited to you.

- RETURNS:

Not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase at LOOXS?
We accept returns of items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order. Items you are returning must be in the same condition as you received them. Returned items must not have been used, washed or changed. All items will be reviewed individually when returned.
If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will be cancelled and the item(s) will be returned to you.

Via the link below or via the QR code on the packing slip you can register your return(s) and order a DHL or Bpost (Belgian customers) return label for a fee of only €4.95.
Please always use the order number stated on your packing slip (starting with LXS-...)
