PLACING AN ORDER AT LOOXS
Did you find the piece of clothing or the accessory you were looking for? Proceed by selecting your size and adding the item to your shopping bag. Having doubts about your size? Please check the size guide to check which size would suit you best. You’ll find the size guide right next to the size-picking menu. After adding the item to the shopping bag, you’ll be asked whether you want to proceed to the check out or if you’d like to continue shopping.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
As soon as you’ve confirmed your order and paid for it, it is not possible to change or cancel it due to the fact that the order will be processed immediately so that it can be shipped out to you as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPMENT TAKE?
Orders placed before 21:30 on workdays will be delivered the very next day. Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped out on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. After placing your order, you’ll receive an e-mail including the track & trace information of this shipment. You’ll be able to follow the shipment of your order all the way from our warehouse to you.
Looxs makes use of the services provided by PostNL for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, DHL for Germany.
When you are not satisfied with one of your ordered items, you are allowed to return this within 14 days.

Against a payment of €2,95 for Benelux or €3,95 for Germany, you will receive a shipping label.
