PLACING AN ORDER AT LOOXS
Did you find the piece of clothing or the accessory you were looking for? Proceed by selecting your size and adding the item to your shopping bag. Having doubts about your size? Please check the size guide to check which size would suit you best. You’ll find the size guide right next to the size-picking menu. After adding the item to the shopping bag, you’ll be asked whether you want to proceed to the check out or if you’d like to continue shopping.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
As soon as you’ve confirmed your order and paid for it, it is not possible to change or cancel it due to the fact that the order will be processed immediately so that it can be shipped out to you as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPMENT TAKE?
Orders placed before 22 PM (22:00) on workdays will be delivered the very next day when the delivery address is located in The Netherlands. Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped out on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. After placing your order, you’ll receive an e-mail including the track & trace information of this shipment. You’ll be able to follow the shipment of your order all the way from our warehouse to you.
Countries other than the Netherlands:
Orders placed before 17 PM (17:00) will be processed and shipped the same day. How many days it takes for the package to reach you, depends on the delivery address and country. However, usually it takes no more than 6 workdays to reach a destination within the European Union.
Looxs makes use of the services provided by PostNL for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
You may return articles free of charge* ( BENELUX), whenever the size isn’t right or the item(s) is/are not exactly what you had imagined.
*When you return articles with a discount of 50% or more, returns are not free of charge. You still may use the retunlabel for your convenience. We will deduct €5,- on the amount to be paid by us.
